How much are ORAN-JÉ shipping costs?
Standard shipping across the UAE is AED 25.
Shipping is free on orders over AED 500.
Why do I have to pay for the delivery of my order?
The delivery fee helps cover the cost of secure packaging, handling, and delivery through our trusted courier partners, Aramex and Zajel.
For orders over AED 500, delivery is free.

My package has been returned to ORAN-JÉ, what should I do?
Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
If your package was returned because the courier could not reach you or the delivery address was incorrect, we will help arrange the next step for redelivery.
I am having a problem with my tracking code.
Your tracking link is sent by email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
If the tracking code does not work immediately, please allow some time for the courier system to update. If it still does not work, contact us with your order number and we will assist you.
Is it possible to combine multiple orders and ship them together?
If your orders have not been dispatched yet, we may be able to combine them.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your orders. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot combine it with another order.
