What is your delivery time?
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
Orders across the Emirates are usually delivered within 1-5 business days.
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.
How can I return items?
You can request a return by emailing Support@oran-je.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm the return address in the UAE and guide you through the next steps.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tags, dust bags, ORAN-JÉ packaging, and authenticity seal intact.
Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept the following payment methods, all processed in AED:

Apple Pay and Google Pay
Tabby and Tamara, buy now and pay later in 4 installments
All transactions are processed securely in encrypted payment environments. ORAN-JÉ does not store your card details.
