Payment, price and cost information for Oran-Jé orders.Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept major credit and debit cards through WooPayments, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on eligible devices and browsers.
AED is the default checkout currency. Customers can also choose EUR or USD. Available payment methods can vary by device, location, currency, and card issuer.
Payments are processed securely by WooPayments. ORAN-JÉ does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Why do I have to pay for the delivery and return of my order?
Delivery and return fees help cover courier, handling, and packaging costs.
Standard shipping across the UAE is AED 25, and delivery is free on orders over AED 500.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged on arrival.
Why can the price of an item vary?
Prices may vary due to availability, promotions, supplier pricing, currency changes, or special offers.
The final price shown at checkout is the price you will pay for your order.
An amount has been debited twice. What should I do?
If you notice that the same amount has been charged twice, please contact us at Support@oran-je.com with your order number and payment details.
Sometimes a second amount may appear as a temporary bank authorization and may be released automatically by your bank. We will still be happy to check the payment status for you.
Do you sell/accept gift card?
At the moment, ORAN-JÉ does not offer gift cards.
Gift cards may be available in the future.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
AED is the default display currency, and customers can also choose EUR or USD.
Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
