Returns & Refunds

Return guidance for Oran-Jé orders, refunds, labels and return costs.
How can I return items?

You can request a return by emailing Support@oran-je.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm the return address in the UAE and guide you through the next steps.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tags, dust bags, ORAN-JÉ packaging, and authenticity seal intact.

Return as guest.

You do not need an account to return your order.

Simply email Support@oran-je.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you the return instructions.

What is ORAN-JÉ return policy?

We want you to love every piece. If something is not right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

To be accepted, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Returned with original tags, dust bags, and ORAN-JÉ packaging
Returned with the ORAN-JÉ authenticity seal still attached and not removed

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, jewellery, sunglasses, swimwear, lingerie, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Approved returns are refunded as ORAN-JÉ store credit, valid for 12 months.

Can I return items from different orders together?

Yes, this may be possible.

Please contact us first at Support@oran-je.com and include all order numbers. We will confirm whether the items can be returned together and provide the correct return instructions.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued as ORAN-JÉ store credit within 5 business days.

Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on any future ORAN-JÉ purchase.

For EU consumers using the right of withdrawal and requesting a cash refund, we will process the refund according to the applicable withdrawal rules.

Why do I have to pay to return my order?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged on arrival.

This helps us keep our pricing fair while still offering a 14-day return option. If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will help resolve it.

Help, I have not received a return label!

We do not automatically send prepaid return labels for every return.

Please email Support@oran-je.com with your order number, and we will send you the return address in the UAE and the next steps.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please mention this in your email and include photos.

I have not received a full or correct refund.

Please contact us at Support@oran-je.com with your order number so we can check it for you.

Please note that approved returns are usually refunded as ORAN-JÉ store credit. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged on arrival.

One of my items cannot be delivered, when will the money be refunded to my account?

If an item cannot be delivered, we will contact you and arrange the next step.

If the item cannot be fulfilled, the refund will be processed within 5 business days after confirmation. The exact time for the money to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Why not file a dispute via PayPal or other credit card providers?

We are always happy to help you directly first.

Please contact Support@oran-je.com with your order number so we can review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible. Opening a payment dispute may delay the process, as we then need to follow the payment provider’s investigation timeline.
